Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) age over 18 years old; 2) past or present DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for generalized anxiety or panic disorder; 3) in acute phase, the Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) score was 14 points, and the HAMA score in remission stage was 7 points; 4) cultural, social and educational background is sufficient to understand informed consent and research content; 5) enough audio-visual level to complete the necessary examination; 6) with good insight, able to understand diseases and take the initiative to receive treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) organic mental disorders, disorder due to psychoactive substances and non addictive substances, and other mental disorders; 2) patients with severe somatic disease.
