Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. normal people, no other eye disorders; 2. diabetic patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. already have a treatment,such as laser and anti-VEGF therapy; 2. other eye disorders: AMD, PCV, glaucoma; 3. IFA and FFA.
