25 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. fulfill diagnostic criteria of insomnia; 2. aged 25 to 60 years old; 3. Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI)>7; 4. signed informed consent voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. pregnant or breast-feeding women; 2. alcohol and psychotropic substance abusers; 3. combined with severe mental illness such as anxiety (Hamilton Anxiety Scale > 14), depression (Hamilton Depression Scale > 24), severe schizophrenia, etc; 4. sleep disorder caused by time equation, work in shifts, etc; 5. critically ill, having hepatic-renal dysfunction or mental illness; 6. severe impairment in sight and hearing.
