Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged more than 18 years old; 2. The length of stayin ICU more than 48h; 3. Vital signs are stable; 4. Surgical treatment is needed; 5. Caprini score scale > 2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Open injury can not complete the lower extremity ultrasound examination; 2. Vital signs are not stable; 3. The Caprini score scale was 0-2 points. 4. Pregnant women; 6. With anticoagulant taboo.
