Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the APASL 2009 ACLF diagnosis are as follows: History of previous chronic liver disease; Bilirubin = 85µmol/L; INR = 1.5 or PTA 18 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) hepatocellular carcinoma outside the Milan criteria or any other types of tumors; 2) previous liver and/or kidney transplantation; 3) severe chronic extra-hepatic disease; 4) human immunodeficiency virus infection.
