60 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 60-90 years old; 2. unilateral or bilateral traumatic chronic subdural hematoma need to surgery; 3. Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Statin drug allergy or adverse reactions. 2. The patient is in critical condition or the vital signs are unstable. 3. CSDH is caused by tumor, blood disease and other reasons. 4. Abnormal liver function or severe liver disease. 5. Those who are taking statins or who are about to take statins due to disease need; 6. With brain surgery history.
