Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Accordding with the diagnostic criteria for CKD and hypertension; 2. The eGFR calculated by the CKD-EPI formula belongs to Phase 3-5 according to the chronic renal disease staging standard; 3. Aged 18 to 70 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. Combined with serious systemic lesions such as heart, brain, liver or hematopoietic system; 3. Other reasons for not being able to cooperate with the exercise: such as severe limb joint deformity, limited movement and so on.
