18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age > 18 years; 2. Inpatient indication for an elective valve surgery; 3. Concomitant significant CAD (at least one epicardial vessel with a stenosis> 50%); 4. Willing and able to provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous CABG; 2. Planned PCI or CABG; 3. Secondary valvular disease; 4. Cardiogenic shock or any other clinical instability by the assisting physician; 5. Life expectancy < 12 months; 6. Currently participating in any other clinical trial.
