Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Volunteer to participate in the trial and sign informed consent; 2. aged 18 to 80 years; 3. Diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction and emergency coronary interventional surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Poor treatment compliance, expected follow-up difficulties; 2. Life expectancy such as malignant tumor <1 year.
