Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) According to the 2016 international guidelines for the management of sepsis and septic shock, the organ dysfunction that causes host reaction disorder and leads to life-threatening organ dysfunction due to infection is diagnosed as sepsis in neonates, and the diagnosis of neonatal sepsis should be made within 3 days; (2) Children with acute renal injury (AKI) stage 1-2; (3) Age 0-28 days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those with severe intracranial hemorrhage or inability to recover from cerebral dysfunction; (2) Patients with complex congenital heart disease; (3) Patients with biofilm allergy; (4) Severe bleeding tendency, platelet 3.0.
