Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Individuals who aged 40 years or older. 2. Individuals who voluntarily attending the Health Management Center of Xiangya Hospital, Central South University for routine health check-ups. 3. Individuals who residence in Changsha City, Hunan Province for more than 6 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals who have been diagnosed with cognitive impairment diseases (such as Alzheimer's disease, etc.) and then unable to independently consent to participation in this study. 2. Individuals who have lower limb disability caused by cerebrovascular diseases or spinal diseases. 3. Individuals who have been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. 4. Individuals who refusal to participate in this study.
