Age
50 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Moderate to severe LUTS symptoms (IPSS score = 8 points) and severely affect quality of life; repeated urinary retention; repeated hematuria and conservative treatment; repeated urinary tract infection; secondary bladder stones or upper urinary tract water; Reductase inhibitors or other drugs that affect penile erectile function for at least 2 weeks; prostate volume between 30-100ml, regular life before and after surgery;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: With prostate cancer or neurogenic bladder; previous prostate History of surgery.
