Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. CP children group: age: 4-12 years old; GMFMCS grade I and II; can accurately listen to instructions, can cooperate with instructions; can recognize numbers or colors; can walk at least 10 meters without auxiliary equipment; 2. Down syndrome children group: age: 4-12 years old; can accurately listen to instructions, can cooperate with the instructions; can identify numbers or colors; in the absence of auxiliary equipment can walk at least 10 meters; 3. children with Brain injury: age 5-12 years; CT or MRI confirmed that the brain tissue has obvious structural damage, diagnosed as craniocerebral trauma; CT no secondary internal hemorrhage; no perception and other cognitive impairment, no acute internal organs Disease; can accept movement instructions; can walk independently or under surveillance for more than 16m without wearing orthoses and using crutches, can cross 5cm height obstacles; 4. children with spinal cord injury: 5-12 years old; incomplete spinal cord injury ASIA grade C, D grade; with or without a stent / orthosis from the chair, and walk 15 meters, stop without falling; Ability to follow/understand verbal commands.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. CP children group: suffering from other diseases affecting balance function; after total joint arthroplasty of lower limbs; there are other complications that restrict activities, it is difficult to complete the instruction; botulinum toxin injection has been received within 3 months; serious obstacles in the audio-visual system; 2. Down syndrome children group: suffering from other diseases affecting the balance function; after total joint arthroplasty of the lower extremities; there are other complications of restricted activities; difficult to complete the instructions; 3. Children with Brain injury: suffering from other diseases that affect balance function; postoperative total joint arthroplasty; other comorbidities with restricted activities; difficulty in completing instructions; botulinum toxin injection within 3 months; severe obstacles to the auditory system; 4. Children with spinal cord injury: There are musculoskeletal pain or unhealed fractures; spinal deformity (kyliodontic or scoliosis); other diseases that affect walking ability, such as heart disease and lung disease.
