Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 18-75 years old, despite of man or woman, undergoing one-lung ventilation, patients undergoing lobectomy of lung or mediastinal tumor resection under thoracoscope, more than an hour of operation time
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: with hypertension and heart disease, respiratory disease, psychological and nervous disease, abnormal liver and kidney function, pregnancy, less than an hour of operation time.
