Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) aged between 18 and 60 years; 2) requiring frozen shoulder and shoulder arthroscopy under general anesthesia; 3) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I-II 4) able to communicate well with researchers. It can understand the purpose of the research and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. known allergy to any of the anesthetics or components in the regimen; 2. past definite presence of cognitive impairment or mental illness; 3. secondary or emergency surgery; 4. pregnancy; 5. injection of local or systemic inflammation; 6. gastrointestinal obstruction; 7. acute attack or severe bronchial asthma; 8. peripheral nerve injury; 9. participation in other clinical trials in the last three months.
