Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients were treated by coronary intervention through radial artery; 2. The patient is conscious which can cooperate with the operation; 3. The Allen test was normal, and the peripheral circulation of the palm artery was normal; 4. Male and female less than 90 years old; 5. No deformity of bilateral wrist, Local skin is intact, no ulcerative infection.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Peripheral vascular disease, raynaud's syndrome; 2. Patients with hemodialysis cannot undergo radial artery puncture; 3. The patient with emergency PCI; 4. Life expectancy is less than one year; 5. Patients with malignant tumors.
