Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 120 patients with breast cancer underwent radical mastectomy in affiliated Hospital of Guilin Medical College. 120 patients with ASA I-II, aged 20 ~ 60 years, had no history of cardiovascular disease, history of hematopathy, history of allergic disease, normal function of lung, liver and kidney. The coagulation time is normal. All subjects entered the trial with the consent of the Hospital Ethics Committee and the signing of informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: local skin infection, bleeding disorder, coagulation abnormality, spine or chest deformity, psychiatric disease, pregnancy and patients with allergy to any of the drug used.
