Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with malignant intestinal obstruction will be included in the standard: Over 18 years old; Hospitalized due to acute abdomen. Comply with the MBO diagnostic criteria developed by the American clinical trial committee in 2007(including clinical evidence of intestinal obstruction [including history, physical examination and imaging evidence]; Intestinal obstruction below Treitz ligament; Primary tumor involves peritoneum;There is no cure for primary or secondary abdominal tumors.); The primary tumor is colorectal tumor. Agrees to participate in the study; 2. Patients with colorectal cancer will be selected in the selective operation group: Over 18 years old; Clinically diagnosed as colorectal cancer; Agrees to participate in the study; 3. Patients with non neoplastic ileus were included in the standard: Over 18 years old; Hospitalized due to acute abdomen. Diagnosis of intestinal obstruction is clear. No evidence of MBO will be found in clinic (Including patients with simple adhesive intestinal obstruction after colorectal cancer surgery); Agrees to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Radiotherapy or chemotherapy intervention has been done before the study.
