Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age = 50 years old male and female; 2. The diagnosis is consistent with severe acetabular bone defect (III or IV according to AAOS classification, 3A or 3B according to Paprosky classification); 3. Patients with obvious clinical symptom, needing to carry on the hip arthroplasty revision operation; 4. Patients who has signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe cardiac, hepatic and renal dysfunction (myocardial ischemia or myocardial infarction, arrhythmia and cardiac dysfunction), obvious focal or systemic infection, etc.; 2. Patients with gastric ulcer, gastric bleeding, diabetes or other autoimmune diseases, uncontrolled hypertension, tuberculosis, mental illness, HIV infection or AIDS; 3. Metal allergy patients.
