Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. in accordance with the diagnosis of diabetic retinopathy; 2. aged 18-80 years old male and female; 3. patients informed consent, voluntary cooperation with various inspections.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who do not meet the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria; Type 2 diabetes and diabetes caused by special causes, such as gestational diabetes; 3. combined with serious diseases such as severe heart disease, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system, and mental patients; 4. patients with severe infection, diabetic ketoacidosis, hyperkalemia; 5. preparing pregnant, pregnant or lactating women; 6. Refractive interstitial opacity is difficult to perform fundus examination, fundus image evaluation; 7. patients with serious eye diseases such as glaucoma, uveitis, age-related macular degeneration and optic neuropathy.
