Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Men and women aged 18-60 years; diagnosed as primary tinnitus with a history longer than 6 months, accompanied by anxiety, depression, sleep disorders and other physical symptoms; 7 < HAMD score < 24 and / or 7 < HAMA score < 21; and did not receive any antianxiety, depression or antipsychotic treatment within 2 weeks.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: patients with objective tinnitus; patients with defined causes for tinnitus; patients accompanied with acute infection, acute trauma, perioperative, chronic disease in the acute stage of patients; patients who had a family history of mental illnessor, were critically ill or dying; age 60 years; HAMD score greater than 24 points or HAMA score greater than 21 points; patients with serious anxiety, anxiety, and death, Depression and suicidal tendencies; Pregnant and lactating women; patients who cannot return to a collaborative institution for assessment; Those who do not agree to sign informed consent.
