18 Years to 79 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. selective video-assisted thoracosopic surgery including pulmonary wedge resection, pulmonary segmentectomy, pulmonary lobectomy; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical Status I or II; 3. age 18-79 years; 4. BMI 18.5-24.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; 2. asthma; 3. transfer into thoracotomy; 4. hypertension or coronary heart disease; 5. allergy to local anaesthetics; 6. previous history of opioid use preoperatively; 7. emergency; 8. inability to communicate.
