Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: met the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine PCOS disease; did not use any hormonal drugs within 3 months; the selected volunteers were all without antibiotics, probiotics or immunosuppressants within 4 weeks before sampling, no enteritis, acute and chronic gastrointestinal tract Disease, autoimmune disease, etc., no history of surgery. The compliance was good, and the selected volunteers had a detailed understanding of the sampling process and research purposes before sampling, and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Thyroid dysfunction; hyperprolactinemia; delayed type adrenal hyperplasia; Cushing's syndrome; primary ovarian dysfunction or premature ovarian failure; ovarian or adrenal gland secretion of androgen tumor; functional hypothalamic amenorrhea.
