18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. age 18-70 years; 2. pathology confirmed as high grade glioma; 3. tumor recurrent confirmed by imageological or pathology; 4. prior course of standard photon radiotherapy; 5. time interval of over 6 months after primary radiotherapy; 6. no distant and intraspinal metastasis; 7. Written informed consent (must be available before enrollment in the trial.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. completely resection of the recurrent glioma; 2. Multifocal Glioma or distant metastatic; 3. prior treatment with interstitial radioactive seeds; 4. Known carcinoma (excluding basal cell carcinoma,squamous cell carcinoma of the skin); 5. Pregnant or lactating women; 6. Patients who have not yet recovered from acute toxicities of prior therapies; 7. Inability of subject to understand character and individual consequences of the clinical trial.
