Inclusion criteria: 1.patients diagnosed as ankle fracture requiring surgical treatment; 2.no surgical contraindications; 3.The patient informed and agreed to participate in the study;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 2.refuse surgery or participate in the study; 2.the patient has other serious diseases, such as heart, brain, lung and mental illness.
