Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinical stage of stage III or IV of NSCLC patients; 2. No history of chemotherapy and Radiotherapy in past; 3. Expected survival = 6 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Other parts of the history of malignant tumors in past; 2. The patients who have serious liver and kidney disease, cardiovascular disease or mental illness; 3. The patients with Brain and bone metastasis, or liver and lung metastasis, or diffuse metastases at least 6.
