45 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or postmenopausal women aged 45-70 years; 2. According to the 1994 WHO diagnostic criteria for osteoporosis, diagnosed as osteoporosis or lower bone density; 3. The diagnosis criteria of type 2 diabetes mellitus are combined with the medical history, clinical manifestation and signs; 4. Can follow the doctor's advice on time medication; 5. Sign Informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have used other bisphosphonates in the last 2 years; 2. Patients who are using hormone replacement therapy; 3. Secondary osteoporosis and osteomalacia; 4. Severe glycemic Control (HbA1c>9.0%); 5. The recent operation of the Department of Stomatology; 6. Secondary hypertension and severe triglyceride (>5.6 mmol/l); 7. Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; 8. Persons suffering from severe heart, blood, mental and neurological disorders; 9. Active cancer and other serious diseases.
