18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adult with 18-64 years old; pulmonary tuberculosis with culture postive and DST showed that MTB was resistant to at least isoniazid and rifampin;newly patients or patients with history of only first line of anti-TB medicinine (H,R,E,S,Z), FQs or AK treatment within one month; patients willing to include this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with DM, HIV postive, taking immunesuppresive drugs,complicated by immunesuppressive disease; patients with maligent diseases, silicosis, NTM infection, severe extra pulmonary tuberculosis and Endobronchial tuberculosis; pregnant, adult, adolescent, older; allergic to any drugs in this regimen; patients can not tolerate the injectable drugs; NTM pulmonary diseases; patients with cadiovascular disease, hepatitis; severe mental disease could not use the drugs within the regimen. QT interval is more than 500ms, could to tolerate FQs; severe and not suitable to include the study; patients who are in other clinical trials will be excluded.
