Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients: 1. The diagnosis of MG was based on the diagnostic criteria of Practical internal science (Peoples Medical Publishing HouseThe 15th edition)and patients with MG belonging to the the modifed Osseman II type; 2. The above diagnosis is the first diagnosis; 3. Although MG is not the first diagnosis, patients have a medical history of MG and their pathogenic condition is closed to the relapse, aggravation or treatment of MG; 4. Clinical medical records are complete; 5. Aged 14 to 75 years; 6. Patients informed and willing to participate in this study. Healthy volunteers: 1. Aged 14 to 75 years; 2. No medical history of MG; 3. Volunteers informed and willing to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. MG is not the first diagnosis; 2. Clinical medical records are not complete; 3. The patient has other serious complications, such as mental disease, cerebrovascular disease, heart failure, liver failure, kidney failure or malignant tumor; 4. The patients with familial MG; 5. Allergy (allergic to 2 or more kinds of food or drugs); 6. Patients has participated in other clinical trials in last month; 7. the patients who received the treatment with plasma exchange or intravenous gamma globulin in the past three months
