Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Case selection and grouping: 120 patients aged 65 to 80 years old who underwent hip replacement under general anesthesia were selected, and the operation indications were clear. Preoperative evaluation by MMSE showed that there was no abnormal cognitive function before operation
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Any patients with mental disorders or cognitive impairment before surgery, patients with ischemic stroke within half a year, patients with Parkinson's disease or Alzheimer's disease
