Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Those who meet the clinical manifestations, immune function and genetic diagnostic criteria of immunodeficiency disorders, have severe symptoms and transplantation indications, have suitable donors, and have informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Contraindication of stem cell transplantation; severe organ damage or failure; unclear genetic diagnosis; other clinical trials such as gene therapy.
