control group:Revision surgery will be performed using porous Tantalum augments.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age = 50 years old, sex is not limited; 2. The diagnosis is consistent with severe acetabular bone defect (III or IV according to AAOS classification, 3A or 3B according to Paprosky classification); 3. Patients with obvious clinical symptom, needing to carry on the hip arthroplasty revision operation; 4. Patients who has signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe cardiac, hepatic and renal dysfunction (myocardial ischemia or myocardial infarction, arrhythmia and cardiac dysfunction), obvious focal or systemic infection, etc. 2. Patients with gastric ulcer, gastric bleeding, diabetes or other autoimmune diseases, uncontrolled hypertension, tuberculosis, mental illness, HIV infection or AIDS; 3. Metal allergy patients.
