Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. An abnormal WST result: above grade 3 or silent aspiration with a voice change before and after a drink without a cough; 2. Comorbid diseases at high risk for aspiration pneumonia, including old age, cerebrovascular disease, degenerative neurological disease, coma and cognition impairment, abnormal esophagus motility disease and so on; 3. to have been signed the consent voluntarily before taking part in the doctor-nurse-speech pathologist integrational dysphagia evaluation and therapy program of the hospital.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. normal swallowing function; 2. Refuse to sign the consent of the doctor-nurse-speech pathologist integrational dysphagia evaluation and therapy program of the hospital
