Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients suspected of having cough variant asthma and having chronic cough symptoms; 2. According to the results of the challenge test and diastolic test, it is divided into asthma group and control group. Diagnostic criteria 2018 GINA guide.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With unstable angina; 2. With major chronic systemic diseases, such as heart failure, diabetes, infection, etc.; 3. With other chronic respiratory diseases, such as obvious fiber chest, branch expansion, cystic fiber Chemotherapy, bronchial asthma, etc.; 4. Patients who need systemic hormone therapy for certain diseases.
