Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with type 2 diabetes with poor blood glucose control with 1 or more oral hypoglycemic drugs (disease duration over 1 year); 2. Aged 18 to 65 years old; 3. Fasting glucose =7, HbA1c=7%; 4. BMI18-35.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diabetic ketosis, hypertonic status, liver and kidney dysfunction (Cr transaminase exceed 2 times, men more than 1.6 mg/dl, women more than 1.4 mg/dl), instability of cardiovascular system, tumor, trauma, inflammation etc, using insulin sensitization agent, DDP4 inhibitors, GLP1 agonists, acarbose, SGLT2, insulin in recent three months
