Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects and patients with primary open angle glacum have normal physical examination( within one year) without systemics and other ocualr diseases; 2. Aged from 18 to 75 years; 3. agreed and signed the informed consent forms.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diseases that affect systemic blood flow, including connective tissue disease, diabetes, hypertension and so on; finger injured in one month; use of anticoagulant, antiplatelet and affected circulation drugs; female in menstrual cycle; fever and other symptoms of general malaise; surgical and trauma history about eye; corneal degeneration, uveitis, optic neuritis and retinopathy.
