Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-75 years; 2. Bronchiectasisobvious signs and symptoms of Bronchiectasis; 3. DLCO 2 weeks; 5. Be able to do fiberbronchoscopy; 6. agree to participate the study; 7. Follow-up on regularly.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Women at childbearing age; 2. SyphilisHIVHBVHCV positive; 3. Cancer; 4. Ashmatuberculosispulmonary embolismpneumothoraxPulmonary Hypertension diffuse parenchymal lung disease; 5. other systematic diseases; 6. WBC<4x10^9/L or WBC <1.5x10^9/L or neutrophils <0.5x10^9/L; 7. Severe kidney injury; 8. liver injury; 9. mental disease, epilepsyor other central nervous system diseases; 10. Arhythmia; 11. alcohol addicted; 12. accept other clinical trials in 3 months; 13. unable to complete follow-ups.
