18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. LTs with all of the following criteria: radiologically suspicious lung cancer, number of lesions =3; 2. LTs with all of the following findings on thin-section CT, radiological early lung cancer (i.e. CTR = <0.25), and the maximum tumour diameter is =2 cm; 3. preoperative histological or cytological diagnosis, if available, that includes all of the following: adenocarcinoma suspected, including atypical adenomatous hyperplasia, no diagnosis of invasive adenocarcinoma.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. multiple GGNs; 2. the maximum tumour diameter is =2 cm; 3. a history of thoracotomy on the same side; 4. a history of chemotherapy and/or radiotherapy; 5. lobectomy not feasible.
