Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: HIV positive hemophilia A and HIV positive non-hemophilia and HIV negetive hemophilia A patients with knee synovitis and bone and cartilage lesion

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: joint fusion or fracture around knee or skin infection around knee or severe other system diseases suah as malignent tumor etc.
