Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 .Between 16 and 65 years of age, male and female; 2. Cardiac and respiratory arrest standard: (1) Sudden acute onset; (2) With the following signs: unconsciousness/No call should be made; Carotid pulsation can't be touched; Electrocardiogram in a straight line or with ventricular fibrillation or pulse free ventricular tachycardia. 3. ECMO Implementation standard: (1) Cardiac arrest within 30 minutes; (2) High quality cardiopulmonary resuscitation; (3) The time to implement ECMO should be 10-20 minutes; (4) V-A mode; (5) ECMO stop indication: Pump flow20mmHg,LVP65; Dopamine dobutamine40; brain death.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Gestational age 6h); 4. Long-term low cardiac output (>24h); 5. Prolonged mechanical ventilation (> 7 days) (10 days of newborn); 6. Malignant tumor, hematological malignancy, metastatic tumor; 7. The deathbed state of various diseases.
