Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients were eligible with aged 18-75 years, conforming to diagnostic criteria of GINA 2018. Medical history was recorded before enrollment and allergen skin prick test, total IgE, specific IgE, induced sputum cell count, lung function test and bronchodilation test were performed to assess the severity and airway inflammation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: No intravenous glucocorticoid or other immunosuppressive agents were used in all patients within one month before enrollment, no acute asthma attack, no acute infection, no history of antibiotic use, no other major chronic disease history within one month.
