Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 40-75 years; 2. COPD, after using bronchodilators, FEV4 weeks; 6. can do fiberbronchoscopy; 7. agree to participate the study; 8. Follow-up on regularly.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Women at childbearing age; 2. SyphilisHIVHBVHCV positive; 3. Cancer; 4. Ashmatuberculosispulmonary embolismpneumothoraxPulmonary Hypertension diffuse parenchymal lung disease; 5. other systematic diseases; 6. WBC<4x10^9/L or WBC <1.5x10^9/L or neutrophils <0.5x10^9/L.
