20 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of T2DM within 5yearsHbA1c=24kg/m2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Other types of diabetes : gestational diabetes ,type 1 diabetes; 2. Current treatment with anti-obesity drugs; 3. Weight loss of more than 5 kg within the previous 3 months; 4. Morbid oberity; 5. Thyroid disorder; 6. Had been diagnosed with mental diseas by hospital; 7. Pregnancy ,consideration of pregnancy during the research stage or breast feeding women; 8. Myocardial infarction, cardiac surgery, unstable angina, congestive heart-failure, temporary cerebral ischemia or significant cerebral vascular disease,and so on within the previous 6 months; 9. Cancerous patients; 10. Participation in another scientific research projects; 11. with insulin treatment; 12. with serve complication, such as diabetic foot; 13. With treatment of Glucocorticoid in recent 3 months; 14. Its impossible to follow the protocol,and there are patients with severe physical or psychological diseases that may affect the efficacy or safety in the judgement of the researcher.
