Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Suspected glaucoma group inclusion criteria: 1. Intraocular pressure value = 22 mm Hg (three consecutive measurements without any treatment); 2. large nipple depression, C/D = 0.6, combined or bilateral difference = 0.2; 3. At least two reliable (false negative rate 95%); 4. Average RNFL thickness = 95% confidence interval; Satisfy (3) and (4) and satisfy at least one of (1) and (2). The normal control group included the criteria: 1. Both intraocular pressures are 95%); 4. average RNFL thickness = 95% confidence interval; 5. normal fundus examination, no other eye disease except refractive error. Inclusion criteria for glaucoma: According to the consensus of experts on diagnosis and treatment of primary glaucoma in China (2014).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Aged 80 years; 2. Best corrected visual acuity +3.0D; 3. History of internal eye surgery (except glaucoma surgery or non-complex cataract surgery); 4. secondary glaucoma and non-glaucoma optic neuropathy; 5. other ocular or systemic diseases that affect the visual field; 6. vascular or non-vascular retinopathy; 7. can not be matched with visual field examination Subjects with reliable parameters; 8. Refractive interstitial opacity affecting blood flow signals.
