Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The diagnosis of acute pancreatitis, age 14~80 years, volunteered to participate in the test and signed informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Acute pancreatitis during pregnancy, recurrent acute pancreatitis, acute pancreatitis after ERCP, iodine contrast agent allergy, because of complicated with other disease who need surgical treatment, with other influence of hepatobiliary system diseases such as pancreatic or bilary cancer, severe heart or lung disease, patients with mental disorders
