Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnostic criteria: (1) symptoms (numbness, pain) and signs with root distribution; (2) positive foraminal compression test or/or brachial plexus traction test; (3) imaging findings are basically consistent with clinical manifestations; (4) excluding cervical extracervical lesions (thoracic outlet syndrome, tennis elbow, carpal tunnel syndrome, elbow tunnel syndrome, elbow tunnel syndrome, elbow tunnel syndrome, etc.) Pain caused by scapulohumeral periarthritis and tenosynovitis of biceps brachii. Inclusive criteria: (1) those who met the above diagnostic criteria; (2) Aged between 18 and 60 years; (3) those who voluntarily participated in the study and signed informed consent; (4) those who had not been treated for the disease within the past month, or had taken related medications; (5) there was no history of acute or chronic infection, trauma, fever or allergy within the past two weeks; (6) The TCM syndromes included wind-cold-dampness (type), qi stagnation and blood stasis, phlegm-dampness blocking collaterals, deficiency of Qi and blood, deficiency of liver and kidney (except Yin deficiency of liver and kidney).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. pregnant or lactating women, and women with fertility intentions within six months; 2. patients with serious primary diseases such as heart, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system, endocrine system, infectious or infectious diseases, and mental illness; 3. patients with bleeding tendency or bleeding Patients with disease; 4. those who are afraid of moxibustion; and 5. TCM syndrome differentiation type is liver kidney yin deficiency type patients.
