Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. diagnosed of type 2 diabetes, 35-70 years old men or women; 2. T2DM patients with stable drug therapy and diet; 3. breakfast can be served according to the prescribed dietary order; 4. withno other serious complications, no serious organ dysfunction; 5. signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with liver or kidney dysfunction, gastrointestinal diseases, or patients with acute complications; 2. Suspected or confirmed history of alcoholic or drug abuse, or other diseases that may reduce the likelihood of enrollment or complicate enrollment according to the judgment of the researchers; 3. Patients who took part in other clinical trials in the past 3 months; 4. Could not adhere to the prescribed dietary order; 5. patients with T2DM with unstable diet, medicine or treatment.
