Age
12 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Karnofsky Performance Statue = 70; 2. WBC > 3,000/mm3; 3. Hb > 9.0g/dl; 4. Platelet > 100,000 /mm3; 5. Cr < 1.2 mg/dL; 6. normal ECG; 7. Written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Women with active infection; 2. Drug-taken history in recent three months; 3. History of pelvic surgery or ovaries.
