Age
16 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of 16-60, with extensor tendon defect (=3cm) of dorsal hand

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. poor general condition; 2. within three months of local hormone therapy; 3. insufficient function of vital organs like heart, lung, brain and kidney; 4. hematological diseases or tendency of hemorrhage; 5. drug addiction (including drug, anesthetics and alcohol); 6. tendency to suffer scar or allergy; 7. infectious viral diseases; 8. general or focal infections; 9. women during pregnancy and lactation, or with plan to get pregnant within one year; 10. mental diseases, unable to cooperate operations; 11. congenital malformations of vital organs; 12. participation in other clinical trials; 13. the tendon defect is as a result of malignant tumor resection; 14. rejection of the repair method of tissue engineering
