Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Male and female aged more than 65 years old; (2) ASA II - III; NYHA grade II - III; (3) signing informed consent before operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) circulatory disease; (2) patients with acute and chronic pulmonary inflammation; (3) history of chest operation and trauma history; (4) having a history of mental illness or nervous system disease; (5) severe liver and kidney insufficiency.
